Returns and exchanges?
If you are at all unhappy with your goods you may send them back for an exchange or full refund. The goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging within 28 working days to: Emma Jeffs, Surface Material Design. 17 Skiffington Close, London, SW2 3UL, United kingdon. Unfortunately we cannot exchange any used items.
Please note that we are not responsible for packages that do not reach us. We advise customers to obtain a free certificate of posting from the post office. You are responsible for return postage costs unless you are returning faulty goods.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund or exchange to be processed.
Cancellation of an order by us?
We reserve the right to cancel your order if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, if the design you have chosen is not available or one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at a incorrect price.
Product Pricing and descriptions
The product information and photographs contained within our website and any information we dispatch is provided for illustrative purposes only and we cannot warrant that they are accurate.
We will not accept liability for any errors in description of goods on the website or product information, and can change those descriptions at any time. We will however do our utmost to correct any problems as soon as we become aware of them.
We will do our best to ensure that the prices displayed on our website are correct. However we reserve the right to validate those prices before we process your order. We will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from your use, or your lack of ability to use our website

The laws of England and Wales govern these terms and conditions, but do not affect your statutory rights.
You may view and print out pages from our website for the sole purpose of buying our products. You cannot use any images, logos descriptions or text from our site without written permission. The copyright belongs to emmajeffs.co.uk and surfacematerialdesign.co.uk.
How do I order and make a payment?
Two easy options...
1.Online through PayPal our secure payment system. It is simple to use, you don't need to have a PayPal account just a credit or debit card. After you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation from PayPal for the transaction amount.
2.Or phone us on + 44 (0) 20 8671 3383 and we can take your credit card or debit card details.

Delivery charges to the UK, Northern Ireland and Scotland?
Delivery charges are added at the time of your order. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery to send our products, this is a signed for service. Please note these prices include VAT.

£6.50 / UK, SCOTLAND AND NORTHERN IRELAND ONLY
2 rolls of film
£8.50 /UK, SCOTLAND AND NORTHERN IRELAND ONLY
3 rolls + of film and the "Adorn Range"
£9.50- UK, SCOTLAND AND NORTHERN IRELAND ONLY
Do you deliver to the rest of the world?
To locations outside of the UK please contact us for a quote in advance of placing your order. We will only deliver using a signed for courier service. We cannot send goods via surface post as we are unable to track them.
How long will my order take?
We aim to deliver within the UK between 7 -10 working days. If the product is not in stock it can be up to 28 days. The rest of the world delivery times can vary. We accept no liability for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or for any delay in doing so or for any damage or defects to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
